2. Up gradation, Road-Rehabilitation, Strengthening & Improvisation

KLA’s another expertise apart constructing newer roads, is ‘Strengthening’ or broader terms ‘Rehabilitation’ of roads , sometimes dead or dormant/partially abandoned roads wherein we indulge in the act of repairing portions of an existing pavement to reset the deterioration process. Largely when repair are bulk and huge it turns into a newer construction because the methods used are generally those developed for new portion construction for a set Kilometer length..

3. Intra-State, Semi-Urban & Rural Road Development at KLAs:

Village Roads or Rural Roads are roads connecting villages / Habitation or groups of Habitation with each other and to the nearest road of a higher category.

4. Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY)

PMGSY Road Work-Projects- In the year 2000 a flagship programme for rural road construction named Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) is an instrument to develop and maintain road within state, connecting district head quarters to villages, and an inter-village connectivity.

Rural Roads constituted 70.65% stake in total road development in the country . While Rural-ROADs are indeed basic needs and a means of survival, livelihood, health and safety connect for the villagers, at the same time it serves as a MEANS, AN EMBLEM OF DEVELOPMENT of our nation that holds major population having Habitat or hailing from a Village, there’s an ever growing demand of a better RR eco-system.
